Feenstra Rijn Lijn B.V. (KvK nr. 09049903) is participant in SGR. You can check this via www.sgr.nl. Within the limits of the guarantee scheme the travel services published on this website are covered by the SGR Guarantee Scheme. This SGR Guarantee Scheme means that the consumer is assured that his prepaid travel money will be refunded if the other party is unable to fulfil the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. Insofar as the contract includes transport and the place of destination has already been reached, the return journey will be provided. You can read the SGR-Guarantee scheme here.
As of 1 February 2021, a consumer contribution will apply to the SGR. This levy is € 5,- per person per booking.
Calamity Fund - Calamiteitenfonds
Feenstra Rijn Lijn B.V. (KvK nr. 09049903) is participant in the Calamity Fund. You can check this via www.calamiteitenfonds.nl. The Calamity Fund Guarantee scheme means that you as a traveller who participates in a journey which the guarantee applies:
- (part of) your travel sum will be repaid when due to a calamity your travel package or part of the travel package cannot be realized;
- the necessary extra costs will be compensated when due to a calamity the journey needs to be adapted or an earlier return is necessary.
A calamity or catastrophe is an abnormal event caused by an act of war or a natural disaster.
