We want you to book your trip with Feenstra with peace of mind. This is possible with our flexible conditions, free Rebooking Guarantee, Money-Back Guarantee and Return Guarantee!

Feenstra's certainties:

  • You have 5 days to change your mind after booking.
  • Your booking is automatically final after 5 days.
  • Your payments are covered by the SGR guarantee at all times.
  • Rebooking guarantee up to 4 weeks before departure
  • Money-back guarantee if Feenstra is forced to cancel your trip.
  • Return guarantee: in the event of a change in travel advice during your holiday (code orange/red), we provide help and assistance to get you safely back to the Netherlands.

What conditions are attached to Feenstra's certainties?

  • Valid for all bookings made, departing in 2023.
  • 5 days reflection period after booking (with the exception of bookings within 4 weeks before departure).
  • The usual payment conditions apply to all bookings. This means that the deposit must be paid no later than 2 weeks after making a booking and the remaining travel sum must be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure.
  • The cancellation conditions as stated in the ANVR Traveler Conditions, as well as the additional conditions of Feenstra Rhine Line apply to all bookings.

Rebooking Guarantee.

With our rebooking guarantee you can rebook your trip free of charge up to 4 weeks before departure to another travel date and/or destination within the 2023 Feenstra program without stating reasons.

Conditions Rebooking Guarantee

  • Valid for all bookings made, departing in 2023
  • You can rebook your trip free of charge up to 4 weeks before departure.
  • Rebooking guarantee means that a trip can be rebooked a maximum of 1 time to another trip with departure on the same date, or a later date in 2023, without giving any reason and without having to pay change costs.
  • When using the Rebook Guarantee, the right to a 5-day cooling-off period lapses, in other words after the rebooking, the new trip is immediately confirmed by the customer.
  • Is the travel sum of the new trip higher than the travel sum of the original booking? Then you pay the difference.
  • Is the travel sum of the new trip lower than the travel sum of the original booking? Then you will receive the difference back.
  • With regard to the price difference between the original trip and the new trip, the travel sum for the new trip may not exceed the travel sum of the original trip by a maximum of 50%.

Money Back Guarantee

Feenstra strives to provide you with a relaxing holiday. If we are forced to cancel your trip, for example because of COVID-19, you will get your money back, even if you paid with a voucher. The cancellation insurance and SGR contribution are excluded from refund.

Conditions Money Back Guarantee

  • Valid for all bookings made, departing in 2023.
  • The money-back guarantee applies to all journeys provided by Feenstra Rijn Lijn B.V. are offered and which are booked directly with Feenstra or with an ANVR affiliated travel agent.
  • The Money Back Guarantee applies if Feenstra is forced to cancel the trip you have booked.
  • Any cancellation insurance taken out when booking is excluded from the Money Back Guarantee.
  • When Feenstra cancels your trip, you will receive the paid travel sum back and no more voucher will be issued. Did you book through a travel agent? In that case, the refund will go through your travel agent.
  • The refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
