If you make a booking with Feenstra Rijn Lijn

Gender, first name, prefix, surname and date of birth of both the lead passenger and all those travelling with them;
Address details (street, house number, postcode and town/city) of the lead passenger; Contact details of the lead passenger: telephone number(s) and e-mail address;
Relevant medical information and special requirements provided by you such as a diet or relating to a disability (preferences and essentials for your booking);
Telephone number and (if applicable) name of someone at home we can contact in the event of an emergency. You are responsible for informing the person(s) in question that we have their details.
In some cases, the following additional information is required:

If you sail on the Danube, you will be asked for your passport details (we never need your social security number);
If you use mobility aids when travelling (such as a walking frame or wheelchair), we may ask you to fill in a form and provide information about the aid(s) in question;
Your bank account details if, for example, a refund has to be made in connection with a failure or complaint;
If a booking includes children, we will ask for written statement from the parent(s). In a number of cases, a copy of the parent or guardian's passport will be required.
